big boobs, small waist, short waist, big hips, generous thighs, usually wear a size 0-8.

The key is to show off your body, so for prom, go for a fitted V-neck or scoop neck sheath if you want a short dress or a gown with a streamlined skirt and supportive bodice if you want to go long. Sweetheart necklines are also incredibly flattering. Your dress should have an open neckline and it should nip in at your natural waistline.

A cello is an hourglass with a little extra around the middle which pretty much removes the tiny waist (a la Christina Hendricks and Oprah Winfrey).

You're well endowed in boobs, butt & thighs, so just go with it! Go for a dress with a wide V-neck or scoop neck (to showcase your grandiose chest), a cinched/defined waist, a soft, slim A-line or sheath and shoes with support that show off your ankles.

You are a vase if you have...
a large bust, a gently curving longer waist, hips and bust that are same size, and slim thighs and legs (a la Kelly Brook and Kate Winslet). You're basically a more stretched out hourglass.

The best dress for you is fitted and emphasizes your curves. A square neckline may well suit your large bust better than a V-neck, although a V-neck, along with a sweetheart and scoop neckline, is still quite flattering. If you decide to wear a gown, feel free to choose one with a slit in the skirt, so you can show off your slender legs.
 
You look great in feminine jewelery, but should go for rounded and fairly large pieces to complement your curvy look. Go for a curvy pump with a slim heel. Because you have slender legs, a heavy heel will prove to be too clunky for your frame.
